I'm reading a book right now by Dr. John C. Maxwell called Developing the Leaders Around You. The basic tenet of his book is that we are only as effective as the people we surround ourselves with. The people we run with determine how far we go.
Put good people all around you and you'll achieve more. Go it alone or try to assert your superiority over everyone and you're bound to have some trouble.
Talk to a volleyball all day...well I guess we all know how that turned out.
